Kalil Ibrahima Maiga, Coordonnateur Sous R\u00e9gional des Finances d\u2019OXFAM-IBIS Ghana a rendu une visite de suivi et de support technique \u00e0 la Coalition des organisations mauritanienne pour l\u2019\u00e9ducation (COMEDUC).<\/p>\n<p>Durant son s\u00e9jour en Mauritanie, M. Maiga a tenu plusieurs s\u00e9ances de travail avec le staff administratif de la Coalition, avant de rencontrer son pr\u00e9sident, entour\u00e9 de plusieurs membres de son Conseil d\u2019administration.<\/p>\n<p>Au cours de cette derni\u00e8re rencontre, l\u2019envoy\u00e9 d\u2019OXFAM-IBIS a fait un certain nombre de recommandations visant \u00e0 renforcer les capacit\u00e9s du staff administratif de la Coalition mati\u00e8re de proc\u00e9dures de gestion financi\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>OXFAM-IBIS Ghana a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9sign\u00e9 dans le cadre de la troisi\u00e8me phase du projet \u00ab\u00a0 Fonds de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Civile pour L\u2019\u00e9ducation\u00a0\u00bb (CSEF III) comme l\u2019Agence R\u00e9gionale de Gestion Financi\u00e8re (RFMA) pour la R\u00e9gion Afrique. Le projet CSEF III est mis en \u0153uvre en Afrique dans 35 pays par les coalitions nationales de l&rsquo;\u00e9ducation qui sont les principaux acteurs qui mettent en \u0153uvre\u00a0 le projet dans leur pays respectifs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le RFMA (OXFAM-IBIS Ghana) a pour mandat de:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Recevoir et transf\u00e9rer les subventions aux coalitions (suivant le montant et les sp\u00e9cifications issues du Comit\u00e9 R\u00e9gional de Financement).<\/li>\n<li>Examiner et faire le rapprochement des rapports financiers trimestriels des coalitions nationales (comptabilisation de tous les revenus et d\u00e9penses).<\/li>\n<li>Superviser la coalition dans la cl\u00f4ture du projet et le maintien de tous les dossiers financiers relatifs au projet.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Renforcer les capacit\u00e9s des coalitions nationales en gestion financi\u00e8re.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0 DU 5 au 9 D\u00e9cembre 2016, M.
